Nevada Health Care Forum: Issues Impacting Nevadans
Remote via simulcast to Renown Health in Reno, NV
Over 225 healthcare industry executives and government leaders attended the first annual Nevada Health Care Forum last fall. The event was an overwhelming success as twenty dynamic presenters, including John Ensign (United States Senate - NV) and Jon Porter (United States House of Representatives - NV), addressed issues and opportunities for improving our national, regional and local healthcare system.
The Nevada Chapters of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS) and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) cordially invite you to join us again on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 for the second annual Nevada Health Care Forum. The event will take place at UnitedHealthcare Nevada in Las Vegas with live video conferencing to Renown Health in Reno.
This year's symposium will focus on topics such as the national impact of the current Obama Administration and its policy on healthcare, the effects of the 2009 Nevada state legislative session and economy on healthcare in Nevada, healthcare information technology and systems, quality and patient safety, and more. The program again will feature national and state leaders in the health care industry.
